Vincent Anthony Shaw

Vincent Anthony Shaw, 32, of Lake Butler, passed away at the Malcolm Randall Veterans Administration Hospital in Gainesville on Thursday, December 7, 2017 after an extended illness. He was born in Canton, Ohio on November 27, 1985 to Kimberly Lee Shaw. He has lived in the North Florida area the past ten years and was a baseboard fabricator for Champion and Homes of Merritt in Lake City. He was a US Navy Veteran and enjoyed fishing in his spare time. He also loved his two children dearly and working to take care of them. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather; Walter Shaw; paternal grandparents; Elizabeth and Fred Bridges; Aunt and Uncle; Linda and Curt Bridges.

He is survived by his loving mother and father; Kimberly and Gary Bridges of Ohio; Fiancé; Caylen Deller of Lake Butler; his son and daughter; Colby Baker and Aryana Shaw both of Lake Butler; maternal grandmother; Mildred Shaw of Ohio; Aunts; Tana Erbland (Rick) and Tiffany Kolar (Steve) Both of Ohio; Uncle; Bob Bridges (Ann) of Ohio; cousins; Taren, Ryan, Tyler, Kyle, Jenny, Sherry, Kristi, Curt, Kelly, Lucas and Bobby (Courtney) along with his friend; Josh Padgett of Gainesville also survives.

Memorial funeral services for Anthony will be conducted on Monday, December 18, 2017 in the Florida National Cemetery at 11:00 A.M. with Military Honors being rendered. Interment will follow the military services.
