William "Bill" Scott Foster

Mr. William “Bill” Scott Foster, 75 passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023, at his residence following an extended illness. He is the son of the late James Edward and Teddy Pulos Foster he is preceded in death by two brothers John and Dan Foster a sister-in-law Janet Graddy, and one nephew David Foster. Bill was a member of the Vineyard church, Lake City Masonic Lodge F&AM # 27, Lake City Shrine Club, and the Lake City, Elks Club he also enjoyed bird hunting, fishing and gardening, and going to the house on the coast at Carrabelle, FL.

Bill is survived by his wife of fifty-five years Ann Foster, Lake City, FL; one son Scott Foster (Heather) Lake City, FL; two brothers-in-law, Keith Burnsed (Liz) Lake City, FL, and Curtis Graddy, Lake City, FL; and the most special person is his granddaughter Bella Foster, Lake City, FL, one sister Norma Nabor (Pat) Lake City, FL; his nieces and nephews Dustin Grady, Kyle Burnsed, Kelsie Burnsed, Karsyn Burnsed, Jody Foster (Kim) Michelle Brown (Jason) and Susan Foster. And four special friends Carol Smith, Judi Burton, Shelbi Osburn, and Kim Bryant.

Funeral Services For Mr. Bill will be held Thursday at 3:00 P.M. at Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bo Hammock officiating.
