Wendy Renee (Norris) Brady

Wendy Renee Norris Brady, 54, of Lake City, passed away on Sunday morning, February 23, 2020 at the Shands at University of Florida Hospital in Gainesville. She was born in Lake City on August 31, 1965 to the late Claude Wendel Norris and Gloria Jean Poppell Bolton. She has made Lake City her home most of her adult life and was a member of the Trinity Praise and Worship Center. In her early years, she traveled with her mother and step-father while he was in the Air Force and spent a lot of time in the Warner Robbins, GA area. She was a care giver and in her spare time, she enjoyed camping and fishing with her husband; shopping, cooking, watching NASCAR and football as well as spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Johnny Ray Brady of Lake City; son, Michael Ralph Dove, II of Lake City; daughters, Tiffany Dove (Calvin LeBlanc) and Michelle Renee Dove both of Lake City; brothers, Leroy Norris (Sherry) of Lake Butler and Johnathan Norris of Lake City; sisters, Sandy Mobley of Lake City and Donna Norris of Alachua. Five grandchildren along with numerous extended family and friends also survive.

Memorial services for Mrs. Brady will be conducted on Friday, March 6, 2020 at 11:30 A.M. in the Trinity Praise and Worship Center with Pastor Joyce Hunter officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME, Lake City, FL.
