Vivian Elaine Thurman Brown Williams

Vivian Elaine Thurman Brown Williams, 49 of White Springs, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at the Lake City Medical Center in Lake City.  She was born and raised in Dayton, Tennessee and had made White Springs her home for the past 30 years.  She was a member of the White Springs Congregational Holiness Church in White Springs for 22 years.  She loved boating on the river, fishing, attending and helping with her church family and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Billie Faye Thurman; and one brother, Perky Thurman.

Survivors include her husband, Mitchell Williams, White Springs; her children, Kayla Brown (Matthew Richardson), Lake City, George Brown, White Springs, Tyler Brown (Samantha Hill), White Springs and Andrew Brown (Riley Froehlich), White Springs; her father, Russell Thurman, Dayton, TN; her aunt, Florence Thurman, Dayton, TN; two brothers, Sam Thurman (Phyllis) and Donnie Thurman (Crystal) all of Dayton, TN; two sisters, Karen Thurman and Sharon Thurman both of Dayton, TN; nine grandchildren, Brenton, Bryson, Kyndale, Grayson, Lexie, Kami, Blaze, Blane and Zayne; special friends and care givers, Lara Ogburn and Kara Tomlinson.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, May 23, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the White Springs Congregational Holiness Church in White Springs with Pastor Veronica Thomas officiating.  Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service at the church from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
