Thomas (Toby) George Markham, 81, of Lake City, FL entered his eternal home on March 10, 2024. Toby was Jeanne Markham's loving husband for 50 years. He then continued his service as a DOD civilian stationed around the world and ended his career in Japan, where he worked as a liaison between the US and Japan to create a Labor Cost Sharing Program promoting employment opportunities for Japanese nationals, which is still used today. After a long and successful career, Toby retired in 2002 and returned to live in Lake City, FL. Those who knew Toby knew his love for Jesus and for everyone to know Jesus.
