Thomas Wilson Miller, Jr.

Thomas Wilson Miller, Jr. ,age 76, died in Lake City, Florida on July 27th, 2023 in the excellent care of Community Hospice. He was a 1964 graduate of Bainbridge High School.  He went on to attend a Junior College on a golf scholarship in 1964 then transferred to Georgia Southwestern. While in college, he met his wife, Carol Middlebrooks Miller on a blind date.  He was a charter member of Eta Theta Chapter of Sigma Chi Fraternity.  He went on to marry and have 2 children.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Carol, their son, Wil Miller of Lake City, FL, their daughter, Jennifer Stringer (Dennis) of Orlando, FL and two grandsons Fletcher and Ben. He is also survived by, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Harry Heaton.

Memorial services will be conducted at Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel on Friday, August 4th at 3:00 P.M.  Following, there will be food and drinks for the out-of-town guest and family at Women’s Club of Lake City - 257 SE Hernando Avenue,
