Susan Ann Crews

Susan Ann Crews, age 65, passed away on March 25, 2022, surrounded by her family after a 14 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Susie was born on December 5, 1956, and grew up in Lake City, Florida, and married Ronnie Crews in 1984. Susie graduated with her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in 2000 and worked at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Lake City until 2008. Susie was preceded in death by Ronnie, her beloved husband of 24 years; her parents, Wanda and Horace Bond; her sister, Edie; her brother, Horace "Buddy" and her brother-in-law, Rick Carlton.

She is survived by her mother-in-law, Marjorie Crews; brother, Mike Bond and his wife, Chris; sister, Marylou (Bond) Carlton; sisters-in-law, Susan Crews, Belinda (Crews) Baker and her husband Roy, Joyce (Crews) Kirpach; brother-in-law, Allen Crews and his wife Debra; daughters, Becky (Vaughan) Westberry, Terri (Vaughan) King and her husband John, Stephany Vaughan, Stacey (Vaughan) Hancock and her husband Glenn, Shirley (Vaughan) Wilkerson and her husband Jerry and Salinda (Crews) Howell and her husband Tommy; her sons, Charles Vaughan and his wife Robin, and Lemmie Crews with his wife Dana. She is also survived by her beloved fifteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Susie's family will honor her life with a celebration at a time to be determined. Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME.
