Sheila J. Todd passed away at 9:20 am on March 12, 2021 after a long battle of stage 4 cancer. She joined the Lord and her loved ones in Heaven. Sheila was a member of the Cross Church in Ellisville, FL. Sheila was full of faith, love and hope. Her motto was I BELIEVE. Sheila was a loving, caring, thoughtful and devoted wife, mother, Fefe, aunt, sister-in-law and daughter. Sheila was outgoing, friendly, happy and would literally give the shoes off her feet to help anyone; Sheila was full of life. She loved going to the mountains, picking apples, going to St. Augustine Beach and alligator point and fishing. She loved the outdoors; grilling, gardening, planting flowers, ridding her side by side or just playing in the mud or fall leaves with her nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her daughter Taylor Aaron Joiner and grandparents.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin Todd; two daughters, Tricia & husband(Armando) and granddaughter Ivy Mendoza and Leslie Todd and granddaughter Adia; Her parents, Doug and Pat Ryker; two sisters Pam (Jason) and nephews, Clayton levy Brantley Black aka “chunk”, Stephanie (Eric ) Hunt and niece & nephew Tyrick and Keara; one brother, Chris (Tina) with nieces and nephews, Payton, Isaiah, Jocelyn, Jace, David, Tori, C.J, Brandon, Dominic, and countless uncles aunts ,cousins and friends.
She loved being with family and helping others. Sheila worked as a dental assistant for Dr. John Bonura for the last 12 years. She was the one person everyone went to with their troubles or for advise. She just had that kind draw to people. She was good hearted and good natured and loved everyone. She will be so missed and nothing will ever be the same without her. She was a light to many. Sheila had only one regret that was leaving all us behind while she made her journey to heaven to be with the Lord JESUS CHRIST, her daughter and loved ones.
