Mr. Randy Lee Marks passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022 at the E.T. York Hospice Care Center in Gainesville. A native of Olney, Maryland, he had lived in Green Cove Springs, Fl for many years servicing boat dealerships all over Jacksonville with fiberglass and gel coat repairs. After retirement he moved to the Cason 40 acres in Ft. White with his wife and great nephew Robert Cason, III and built a small home for his family. Randy loved working on the forty acres with his brother in laws Paul and Richard Cason. He had a gentle spirit, loved his family, a true friend, kind, loving, and served his country in the U.S. Army in the 82nd Airborne and was a true Patriot to his country.
Randy is survived by his wife, Carol Cason Marks; siblings, Norma and Harold Beck, Michael Marks, Kevin and Genny Marks, Larry and Debbie Marks, Janet Emmons, and Robert Marks; in laws, Paul D. Cason, Richard Cason (Debbie), Robert Cason, Jr., Sharon Hightower (Aaron); great nephew, Robert Cason, III; many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
A Memorial Service for Mr. Marks will be conducted on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jerry Tyre officiating.
