Lori Lynn (Harrington) Couey

Lori Lynn Harrington Couey, 51, of Orlando, formerly of Lake City, passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. She was born in Lake City on April 10, 1970, and lived most of her life here until moving to Orlando in 1998. She received her MBA from the Rollins College School of Business in Orlando and worked for FDOT as an Engineer for over 28 years; she then most recently working for Louis Berger Consultants on the Express Way as a Quality Control Manager. She was known for her strong work ethic, and in her spare time enjoyed her yard work, plants, animals and her pets.

She is survived by her two daughters, Khloe Shea Couey and Khenli Jewel Couey both of Orlando; her parents, Tommy and Pat Harrington of Lake City; sister, Kelly Harrington Duckett (Tracy) of Lake City; niece, Whitney McManus (Dustin) and nephew, Brantly Duckett (Serenity) both of Lake City. She is also survived by her great-niece and great-nephew, Peyton and Hudson McManus.

A private family service will be conducted at a later date.
