Mr. Lollie Lucius Law, 91, passed away, on September 23, 2022, at the Willow Brook Assisted Living Home in Lake City, FL, following an extended illness. He was the son of the late John and Janie Taylor Law and is preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, Earnest, and Eddie Law, and three sisters Bernice Brady, Betty Croft, and Maggie Law. He had made the North Florida area his home all his life. Lollie served his country in the United States Army, then went to work for Clay Electric as a lineman and retired after thirty-seven years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and He loved the Suwannee River. He most enjoyed times spent with his children and grandchildren at his beach lot in Flagler County.
Lollie is survived by two son’s Lollie Dewitt Law (Tina) Branford, FL; Billy Ray Law, Lake City, FL; two daughters Deborah Taylor (Robert) Lake City, FL; and Betty Jo Williams, Lake City, FL; one brother John “Hammer” Law (Arlene) Archer, FL. Graveside funeral services for Mr. Lollie Law will be conducted on September 28, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery in Live Oak, FL. With Pastor John Greek officiating. A visitation with the family will be held on September 27, 2022, at Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
