Mr. Julian Stephen Collins, Jr., 55, of St. George Island, Florida, formerly of Fort White, passed away peacefully at his residence on Thursday morning, June 27, 2019 after a sudden illness. He was born in Lake City, Florida on December 13, 1963 to Julian Stephen Collins, Sr. and the late Lois Inez Waldron. He was an avid Florida Gator fan, was a fun loving guitarist who loved music. He also loved to be at the river cabin. He especially loved being around his grandchildren.
He is survived by his sons, Stephen Collins (Courtney) and Caleb Collins; father and step-mother, Julian Stephen Collins, Sr. and Pauline Collins; the love of his life, Peggy Jane; step-sons, Jerry Beasley, Emory Beasley, Brian Kaplan, Kevin Beasley and Shannon Beasley; grandchildren, Cohyn & Jaxon Collins, Whitney Beasley, Emily Beasley, Cameron Beasley, Sebastian Beasley, Ava Kaplan, Mason Wright, Myleigh Beasley and Avery Beasley; brother, Tim Collins (Carla) and family; step-brothers, Ronnie Adams (Ginger) and family, Ryan Adams (Kate) and family and Eric Adams (Linda) and family along with many extended family members and friends also survive.
A celebration of life service for Mr. Collins will be conducted at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 29, 2019 in the Deep Creek Community Center, 11934 N. US HWY 441, Lake City, 32055.
