Judy Jane Hagg, 83, of Fort White, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at the Select Specialty at the University of Florida after a month’s long battle with COVID. She was born in Weehawken, New Jersey on November 22, 1937 to the late Thomas Carvill and Helen Ruth Martin Carvill. She was a Entrepreneur, owning several businesses and working for herself most of her life. She leaves behind a great legacy of innumerable young folks that she influenced over her many years as a Methodist Sunday School Teacher, Methodist Church Youth Counselor and Girl Scout Leader. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Johnson Sperbeck in 2017.
She is survived by her Husband of 34 years, Donald Lee Hagg; four children, Denise (Rick) Mick Peckham, Robert (Rhonda) Mick, Diane Mick, Linda Mick Rains (husband Ron deceased 2018); four step-children, Wanda (David) Paryzek, Arthur (Kim) Hagg, Rhonda Bryan and Teresa Hagg Coy; sister, Laura Daus; niece, Kathy Mick Fredericks. Fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive.
At this time, no services are scheduled, but will be announced at a later time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME.
