Jeremy Ray Wolf

Jeremy Ray Wolf, 41 of Lake City, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022.  He was born in Huntington, West Virginia and had made his home in Lake City since 1997.  Jeremy was a graduate of Columbia High School and had worked for many years locally in the grocery business and was currently working with Publix Supermarkets in Alachua.  Jeremy had a passion for playing golf from an early age and he played as often as he could.  He enjoyed tinkering with electronics, playing video games and spending time with his family.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jim Wolf and his maternal grandfather, Phillip Perrotte.

Survivors include his two children, Payton Wolf and his mother, Susan Rice of Lake City and Mya Wolf of Jacksonville; his parents, Cheryl and Rick Nelson of Lake City and Ray Wolf of Lexington, KY; maternal grandmother, Barbara Perrotte, Lake City; paternal grandmother, Audrey Rhyerson; uncles and aunts, David Perrotte (Cyndie), Lori Beatty (Bill), Bonnie Wolf, Joanne Polsgrove, Jackie Wolf and Johnnie Wolf;

A memorial service for Jeremy will be conducted on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel.  A time of visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
