Jackson Timothy Roberts

Jackson Timothy Roberts, age 5, of McAplin, passed away on Sunday evening, November 1, 2020 at the Lake City Medical Center in Lake City after a sudden accident. He was born in Gainesville to Brandon and Jamie Roberts. Jackson loved every activity outside from riding his 4 wheeler to swimming, and riding horses. He loved the Florida Gators, wanted to be a cowboy. He enjoyed reading, school and drawing. He loved to help everyone and was so sweet. He was the perfect son, genuinely caring for others. This year he played his first football season and made a touchdown.

He is survived by his parents: Brandon and Jamie Roberts; one sister, Jacey Lynn Roberts; one brother, Brock Wayne Roberts; grandparents: Gary and Alice Thompson, Timmy and Tamsie Roberts and Linda Berry; great-grand parents, Jack and Alice Berry, Alma Jene Thompson and Betty Jean Hansen; aunt/uncles, Stacy Thompson, Jeremy and Brittany Brown, Jordan and Courtney Roberts; cousins: Jacob Lewis, Tanner Smith, Baylinn Brown, Lenny Roberts, Adam Roberts

Funeral services for Jackson will be conducted on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Pastor Eddie Blalock officiating. Interment will follow in the Pinemount Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Thursday evening, November 5, 2020 at the funeral home. For those planning to attend the services, CDC guidelines regarding masks and social distancing are encouraged to be followed.
