Annette Lites Frantz was born April 11, 1945, and died August 22, 2023, peacefully. Nicknamed Daisy Mae, she was raised on her family’s tobacco farm in Fort White Florida alongside 6 siblings in a loving Christian home. Annette attended Mikesville Presbyterian Church regularly and graduated from Fort White High School. She was a loving Mother and Mamaw to two Sons, five Grandchildren, and seven Great Grandchildren, two fur babies, and a pond full of Koi. She loved to spoil them all, especially from the kitchen which included many family recipes and secrets, a few of which she shared.
In 1969, at the age of 24 she began her extensive 42-year career in Aviation as a structural repair technician coupled with manufacturing and assembly. Albeit very humble, Annette’s strong work ethic was well respected among her peers throughout the Aviation Industry, spanning from the East Coast to the West Coast. She left a lasting impression on every soul she encountered and most think of her as a great teacher of the trade and an inspiration. Aviation was her passion and she was fortunate enough to work alongside her Husband Tommy for 22 years, doing what she loved with whom she loved.
Annette was preceded in death by her Father Tommie Jordan Lites, Mother Hennie Mae Smith Lites, Sister Frances Phillips, and Brother Larry. Surviving siblings are: Robert, Gerald, Imogene, and Garry. She is also survived by her husband Tommy Sipes; Sons Bruce and Craig Berry; Daughter-In-Law Ashley; Grandchildren Jennifer, Sabrina, Mariah, Heather, and Jacquilyn and their Husbands; Great Grandchildren, Colton, Anslee, Saydee, Wyatt, Bowen Tyler, JoHanna, and Madison Annette
