William Louis McDaniel was born in Baltimore, Maryland on March 12, 1943 and passed away at home, with his family by his side, on Sunday December 4, 2022 at 79 years old.  William was an Army veteran and served as a Police Officer and Detective for the Hollywood Police Department for 30 years.

William is survived by his loving wife and soulmate, Elizabeth McDaniel, his brother Robert McDaniel (Barbara), his children Natalie DeMers (Aaron), Brant McDaniel, Carrie Robin Nanoia, step-children Lyn Lampton, Randy Lampton and Michelle Farley, grandchildren April DeMers, Sawyer DeMers, Saxon DeMers, Azora DeMers, Aspen DeMers and Avari DeMers, Vincent McDaniel, Frank Nanoia, Christal Nanoia, Erin Correa, Eric Davidson, Kelcy Mastrup, James Wall, Danielle Wall, Sofia Salazar and Elijah Salazar, great grandchildren, Amina Nanoia, Aisha Nanoia, Aliya Nanoia, Maximus Roman, Ariya Roman and Jasmine Correa, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

William was loved by so many, his shoes cannot be filled. May he rest in peace.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home.  A "Celebration of Life" will be announced by the family at a later date.
