Mr. William C. Leizear, 72 of Starke, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at the Haven Hospice ET York Care Center in Gainesville.  He was born in Bethesda, Maryland to the late Norman William and Isabella Mae Cummings Leizear.  Mr. Leizear had made his home in Starke for the past 6 ½ years having moved here from Greencastle, PA.  He enjoyed restoring old cars and spending time with his family.  He was preceded in death by one son, Norman Douglas Leizear.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah D. Leizear, Starke; his children, Brian Leizear, Adamstown, MD, Robert Leizear, London, KY, April Leizear, Chambersburg, PA and Kurtis Leizear, Red Level, AL; and three grandchildren, Brian Leizear, Jr., Ashlyn Leizear and Alicia Leizear.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
