William Edward Daniels

William Daniels, 65, of Lake City, Florida, passed away in Gainesville, Florida, following an illness.

William was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, brother, and friend. Above all, he was a family man whose love and presence will be deeply missed by those who knew him.

William was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Daniels and Edna Daniels, as well as two brothers and one sister.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Kathy Daniels; his daughters, Ashley (Ryan) Moody and Jamie (Chris) Parker; and his six cherished grandchildren, Mackenzie, Zayne, Chloe, Adalyn, Zoey, and Elyssa. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Minnie Connell; four sisters and two sisters-in-law; along with many other family members and friends who loved him dearly.

William’s greatest legacy is the family he loved and the memories they shared together. His love, guidance, and presence will continue to live on through his family and all those whose lives he touched.

Though his passing leaves an emptiness that cannot be filled, William will be remembered with love, carried in the hearts of his family, and deeply missed every day.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
