Theresa Marie Willoughby, 64, of Lake City, passed away on Monday evening, October 6, 2025 at the HCA Florida- Lake City Hospital, after a sudden illness. She was born in Providence, RI on May 8, 1961. She worked as a Beautician for a number of years before ill health forced her to retire. She has made Lake City her home for the last 10 years, moving here from the Port St. Lucie area. In her spare time, she enjoyed witnessing the Love of God to anyone she met. She is preceded in death by her father, Nathan Ricci.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Jeff Willoughby of Lake City; son, Anthony Willoughby, Sr. of Lake City; mother, Theresa Ricci of Delray Beach; and on grandson, Anthony Willoughby, Jr.. Two sisters, Karen Ricci of Tennessee and Sharon Ricci of Miami along with several extended family members and friends also survive.

A Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Willoughby will be conducted on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Abundant Life Church, 635 SR-100, Lake City, FL, 32025 with Pastor Cagney Tanner officiating. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
