Theodore Howard McIntosh, Jr.

Theodore Howard McIntosh, Jr., 62, of Lake City, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at the HCA Florida - North Florida Hospital in Gainesville after a brief illness. He was born in Kingston, New York on April 24, 1963 to Mildred Eckert Green and the late Theodore Howard McIntosh, Sr. He worked as a Mechanic for many years and was of the Catholic faith. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing. He is preceded in death sister, Bonnie McAleer and his dad, Ronald Green.

He is survived by his mother, Mildred Green of Daytona; daughter, Elizabeth English of Daytona; siblings, David Green (Olga) of Lake City, Vennie Hanes (Bobby) of Murfreesboro, TN, Dennis Green (Elaine) of Lake City and Howard Green of Lake City. One brother-in-law, Jim McAleer and several nieces and nephews also survive.
