IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Taylor Kay
Mcglashan
February 2, 1995 – December 14, 2025
Taylor Kay McGlashan, 30, has gone to be with the Lord on December 14, 2025, in Lake City, Florida. She was born on February 2, 1995 in Jacksonville, Florida; Taylor brought light and laughter to those around her from the very beginning. Taylor was of the Baptist Faith and she enjoyed conversations about Jesus Christ our Savior.
Known for her loving personality and sense of humor that could make even a preacher blush, Taylor left lasting impressions wherever she went. Her vibrant spirit and quick wit made people feel seen and loved, whether through a well-timed joke or a warm embrace.
Taylor found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved immersing herself in arts and crafts, swimming beneath the Florida sun, taking long rides down back roads with music blaring, and spending quiet moments coloring on her phone. These activities reflected her creative soul and free spirited nature. Among all her passions, none was greater than the love she had for her dog, Diablo.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Zwart; her mother, Deborah (George) Brown; her maternal grandfather, Glenn Tillman; her brother, David Tillman; her sisters, Amber McGlashan & Heather (Thor) Fennell. Taylor also leaves behind her cherished niece and nephews, Kaylynn, Maci, Caleb, Kayden. Kasey and Kynsley.
She now joins in rest with her niece, Aubrey Tillman; her maternal grandmother, Betty Walker; and her paternal grandfather, Lonnie D. McGlashan.
Taylor's memory will live on through the laughter she inspired, the love she gave so freely, and the countless moments shared with those fortunate enough to know her. May her memory bring comfort to all who carry it forward.
