MSGT Tandy Warren Carter Jr. age 68, was born in the Balboa Navy Hospital in San Diego,

California on July 2, 1954. Mr. Carter passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 in Williston Florida.

Tandy lived in Lake City Florida since 1997.  He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force on Oct. 5, 1976 and retired as a Master Sergeant July 1,1991. He graduated from University of California Davis.

He is survived by his father, Tandy Warren Carter Sr.; two brothers, William Carter of Middleburg, Florida and Edmond Carter of

Granite Falls, North Carolina; two sisters-in-law, Emily Carter and Debbie Carter.

A service of remembrance will be held at the Jacksonville National Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida, with military honors, at a later date.
