Shirley Kay Adams, 80, died on February 21, 2021 at the residence of her son and daughter--in-law Rick and Noemi Adams in Jacksonville FL.  She was born in Windfall IN on January 16, 1941 to Ralph and Ethel (Cockrill) Alley.  Kay graduated from Windfall High School in May of 1959.  In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by

her husband of 58 years Leon Adams and son Keith Dewayne Adams Sr.

Surviving are her sister, Mary Alley of Kokomo IN; son, Rick Adams and his wife Noemi of Jacksonville FL; daughter, Margaret Clay of Indiana. She has 11 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Kay's ashes will be comingled with her Husband Leon and the ashes will be spread in Fairmount IN at the spot of their son Keith.
