Mrs. Sheri Lynn Murray, 56, of Gainesville, Florida, passed away at Tampa General Hospital, Monday, December 5, 2016. Sheri was born in Jacksonville, Florida to Faye Murray [Wilkinson] and the late Lucius "L.H." Murray. She was a warm hearted, caring soul who enjoyed fishing, cheering on her Florida State Seminoles, time spent with her family, and her fur covered friends, Ellen & Journey.

Survivors include her devoted wife of 32 years, Nancy Caldwell; sons, Joshua (Wendy) Caldwell of Springhill, FL and Ricky Bales of Lake City, FL; daughter, Jessica Caldwell of Gainesville, FL; mother, Faye (Sherman) Wilkinson of Palatka, FL;  brother, Danny (Polly) Murray; sisters, Lynell (Hope) Richardson and Vonda (Bucky) Murray, all of Lake City, FL; grandchildren, Brittany Bales & Allison Caldwell.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., on Thursday, December 8th, 2016 in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Reverend Mike Stanley officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to service time (2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.) at the funeral home.
