Shawn Robert Waldron, 32, of Lake City, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. He was born in Gainesville, Florida on July 7, 1990 and has made Lake City his home all of his life. He was a 2008 graduate of Columbia High School and a member of the Watertown Congregational Methodist Church. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially aggravating them when he could and spending time with his friends. He loved working with his hands and was known to help anyone that needed a hand when he could. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Jerry A. Ogburn.

He is survived by his mother, Regina Waldron of Lake City; grandmother, Carolyn Stormant Ogburn of Lake City; sister, Ashley Henderson (James) of Lake City; aunts and uncles, Jerry "Jay" Ogburn (Jamie) of Hanceville, AL, Jeffrey "Jeff" Ogburn (Joei) of Lake City and Joel Ogburn (Ryan) of Orlando, FL. Three nieces and nephews, Nevaeh Greene, Trysten Henderson and Madilynn Henderson all of Lake City also survive.

A funeral service for Shawn will be conducted on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. in the Watertown Congregational Methodist Church with Rev. Randy Ogburn officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in White Springs.
