Sebastian Edward Nole Crews, 13, of Lake City, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017. He was born in Fernandina Beach, FL on April 15, 2004 to Derrick M. Butler and Patricia Ann Crews. He has lived in the Lake City area since 2013, moving here from South Carolina. He was a loveable kid and son who was always at the center of attention. He never met a stranger and was a daredevil and very courageous. He could be stubborn at times, but was his own person who was very social and everyone's friend. He was currently attending Lake City Middle School where he was in the 6th grade.

Sebastian is survived by his loving parents: Patricia Ann Crews and Derrick Butler both of Lake City; brother, Devin Wood of Lake City; Maternal Grandfather; Fred Crews (Djuna) of Lake City; Maternal Grandmother; Connie Crews of Hinton, WV; Paternal Grandmother; Lucretia Duren of Live Oak; Aunts and Uncles; J.J. and Lexi Crews, Melissa and Trent Blair, Cynthia Crews, Fred and Mary Crews, Amber and Josh Parton, Matthew Crews, Jeff and Heidi Duren, Katie Temple, Jessica and Steven Thompson. Lots of cousins, extended family members and friends also survive.

A visitation for family and friends of Sebastian will be on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 5-7 P.M.
