Ronald Lee Johnson, 61, of Lake City, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022. He was born in Houston, Texas on July 19, 1960 and has made the Lake City, Live Oak and North Florida area his home most of his life. He was a US Navy Veteran and was very proud of his service. He was a Construction Worker by trade, and was known as a very hard worker during his working career. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his sons and his grandchildren, fishing, reading, watching movies, working on puzzles and also enjoyed having a "Cold One". He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Donna Johnson; son, Michael Johnson; brother, Rick Johnson; sisters, Charlene & Yvette; and father, Lemuel Richard Johnson, Sr.

He is survived by his sons, Joshua Johnson, Bryan Johnson and Chris Johnson (Jennifer); grandchildren, Tayah Johnson, Harley Johnson and Jessi-Rae Johnson, with one also on the way; mother, Mary Shick (Gordon); brothers, Kevin, Patrick, Michael & Kenny; and his sisters, Kathy, Lynn, Karen and Kimberly.

A celebration of life service for Mr. Johnson will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel.
