Mr. Robert "Robby" Alan Vaughan, 60 of Fort White, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015.  He was born in Tampa, Florida to the late Edward Lawrence Vaughan, Jr. and Dora Woodard Vaughan.  Mr. Vaughan made his home in Fort White since 2002 having lived previously in Old Town and Tampa.  He was a Professional Surveyor and Supervisor with the Florida Department of Transportation in Lake City.  He was a Christian by faith and enjoyed golfing, gardening, fishing and scuba diving.

Survivors include his wife, Rindy Vaughan, Ft. White; two sons, Jerrod Edward Vaughan (Kelly), Tampa, FL and Aaron Alan Vaughan (Heather), Lake Mary, FL; one brother, Lon Vaughan (Renee), Brooksville, FL; one sister, Debby Vaughan Dillard (Dan), Sharpsburg, GA; and five grandchildren, Courtney Vaughan, Caden Vaughan and Carissa Vaughan all of Tampa, FL and Lexie Vaughan and Logan Vaughan both of Lake Mary, FL.

Memorial services will be conducted on Friday, August 14, 2015 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Trey Varner officiating.  Flowers are welcome or contributions may be sent to the charity of your choice.
