Mr. Richard George Sipper, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late George and Rose [Olson] Sipper and had lived in Lake City for the past 22 years. He was preceded in death by his loving wife , LaVonne Sipper (2010).

Survivors include his sons, Robert (Debra) Sipper of Hopkinsville, KY and James Sipper of Cape Coral, FL; grandchildren, Stephen, Rebecca, and Timothy.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., on Saturday, October 24, 2015 in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be held Friday evening, October 23, 2015, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
