Ms. Rhonda "Joyce" Prim Andrews passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2025, after an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Carr and Betty Gilliam Prim, Sr. Rhonda was born in Jacksonville, FL. Rhonda graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville, FL, in 1960. and made Jacksonville her home until she married William Andrews and moved to Suwannee County in 1980. She worked as a teacher's assistant for a few years, and worked full time for USF&G.

Rhonda is survived by her three brothers, Thomas Carr Prim, Jr., Gary Michael Prim, and Larry Scott Prim.
