Renee Thomas Rine, 48 of Lake City, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017 at her home. She was a lifelong resident of  Lake City, Florida and was of the Baptist faith.  Renee was an avid Florida Gator fan and enjoyed being outdoors and spending time at the river.  She was a firecracker, always full of life, and could always make you laugh.  Renee was preceded in death by one son, William Brandon "Boomer" Teems; grandparents; Jack and Mildred Thomas, Lawrence and Nettie Davis.

Survivors include her husband, Marvin Neal Rine; her parents, Rodney and Sarah Davis Thomas; one son, Cameron Rodney Teems (Amanda); and one daughter, Morgan Taylor Stalvey; grandparents; Fred and Delores Melton; two brothers, Walter Rodney Thomas Jr. (Rowdy) and Levi Euell Thomas (Julia); one granddaughter, Sienna Rae Teems, all of Lake City; father and mother-in-law, Jim and Mary Rine; Brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Colleen Rine; sister-in-law; Martha Rine also survives.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Rev. Randy Ogburn and Rev. Howard Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, US 441 North of Lake City.  Visitation with the family will be Monday two hours prior to the service from 12 Noon till 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
