Mr. Ralph Frank Medico, 69, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the Suwannee Valley Care Center (Haven Hospice) following an extended illness. He is the son of the late Simon Philip and Barbara Olive Medico and is preceded in death by his wife Penny Brunk, two brothers, Rick and Phil Medico and two sisters, Lynn and Penny Medico and a son in law Michael Moody, Jr, and two grandchildren, Kevin Ogburn and Duston Hall.  He had made Lake City his home for the past forty-five years after moving here from Jacksonville, FL; he served his country in the United States Navy and retired from Lake City Community College after thirty years. He enjoyed going on cruises, working in his yard, going to the river, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Mr. Ralph is survived by his son, David Medico, Lake City, FL; three daughters, Daisy Ogburn, Lake City, FL, Angella Moody, White Springs, FL, and Sarah Dubois (David), Lake City, FL.; eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service for Mr. Ralph Frank Medico will be conducted on July 28th, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Speaker Wes Markham officiating.
