Obituary
Ralph Howard McCullough, 77, of Lake City, Fl., passed away on Friday, June, 12, 2015 at his residences following a terminal illness.
Born August 24, 1938, in Lake Butler, Fl., to the late Joseph and Katie McCullough. He was a highly known and respected member of our community and worked locally at Circle R Ranch for the last 20 years.
He is survived by three sons; Jeff, Ralph Dale, and Michael McCullough, three daughters; Debbie, Tonya, and Bobbie Jo McCullough, 19 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
A Gathering with the friends and family will be held from (6:00pm-8:00pm) Friday, June 19, 2015 at Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 3596 S Us Hwy 441, Lake City, Fl., 32025, (386) 752-1954.
