Miss Peyton Ryleigh Hamilton, 10, of Lake City, passed away peacefully on Monday afternoon, September 26, 2022 after a valiant battle with cancer. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on September 29, 2011 and has made Lake City her home since she was 3 years old. She was currently attending the Belmont Academy, where she was in the 5th grade. Peyton enjoyed arts & crafts, playing her switch with her siblings and her friends; as well as swimming. She is preceded in death by her Paternal Grandfather, Mike Novak.

She is survived by her parents, Amberay & Brandon Novak of Lake City; her siblings, Michael Heppner, Kairi Hamilton, Alexander Hamilton, Peyton Novak and Lexi Novak all of Lake City; Maternal Grandparents, Tammy Taylor (Deon) and Roy Reed all of MacClenny; Paternal Grandmother, Angela Novak of Lake City; and her GiGi, Vanessa Pendleton of Daytona. Many Aunts, Uncles, extended family and friends also survive.

A private family service to honor Miss Peyton will be held. Arrangements are under the direction and care of GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME.
