Mrs. Patricia Christine Sanders, 69, of Ft. McCoy died Thursday, August 12, 2021 at her residence. A native of Lake City, she was the daughter of the late Shelly and Mary Christine Homewood Simmons. Patricia loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren, loved gardening, cooking and her hummingbirds.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 51 years, Charles R. Sanders of Ft. McCoy; daughter, Karen Bryant; son, Phillip Sanders; grandsons, Chazz Bryant, Nicholas Sanders; Phillip Sanders, Jr., granddaughter, Kylie Bryant; step granddaughter, Natalie Bujanda.

Funeral services for Mrs. Sanders will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jerry Tyre officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation with the family will be held from 10:00-11:00 A.M. Monday (1 hour before service).
