Patricia "Pat" Bonds Rose, 85, passed away on Monday morning, July 11, 2022 at the Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City after a brief illness. She was born in Lake City on July 24, 1936 to the late Randall J. Bonds and Leona Little Bonds. She has made Lake City her home most of her life and worked in the After School Daycare Program with First United Methodist Church for over 20 years. She was a member of the Northside Baptist Church in Lake City and in her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, crafting, putting flowers together, Gospel and County music, watching The Walton's and Little House on the Prairie and traveling with her sister and sister-in-laws.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Shermon Victor Rose, Sr. of Lake City; son, Victor Rose, II of Lake City; daughters, Brenda Thomas (David) and Cathy Bulthuis (Howard "Scooter", Jr.) both of Lake City; grandchildren, Amber Howard (Joseph), Craig Thomas, Derek Espenship (Allison) and Dawson Bulthuis; great-grandchildren, Marshall Howard, Wyatt Howard, Nolan Howard, Lance Croft, Maddison Espenship and Brayden Espenship. Two brothers, Joe Bonds (Helen) and David Bonds (Barbara) both of Lake City and her sister, Barbara Gibbs of Sebastian, FL.

In honoring Mrs. Pat's wishes, a graveside service will be held at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church for immediate family.
