Pat Ann Pruitt, 67, of Lake City, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 13th, 2021. She was born in Franklin, Ohio on October 27th, 1954 to the late Earl Glenn Toney and Barbara Nell Moore. She was a wife, mother and grandmother, who enjoyed spending quality time with her husband making beautiful crafts and cooking. She also cherished living through the eyes of her daughter and son-in-law, Lana's and Desmond's photos from New Zealand with the hope of visiting there one day.

She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Harry "Sonny" Pruitt, Jr.; three children, Karen Platt, Lana (Des) Hoogervorst and Troy Townsend; three grandchildren, Joshua Dempsey, Kelsey Dempsey and Allie Townsend. She is also survived by her siblings, Rita (Doc) Nichols, Steven Toney and Debbie Covington.

At this time, no services are scheduled. Services will be announced at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
