Pamela Todd Smith, 53, of Lake City, Fl., passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Haven Hospice (Suwannee Valley Care Center).

Born on November 13, 1962 in Miami, Florida to Norman Bruce Todd and the late Phyllis Barfield Hall.  She enjoyed cooking, hosting get togethers, and spending time at the beach. She loved spending time with her family and her grandbabies

She is survived by her husband of 29 years John J. Smith, two daughters; Nicole Albrittion (David), Brooke Smith (Christian) both of Lake City, Fl., two brothers; Michael Todd, of Lake City, Fl., Greg Todd (Chantima) of Lyons, Ga., grandchildren Kane and Alexis Albrittion, and nieces Taylor and Tiffany Todd.

Funeral services for Mrs. Smith will be conducted at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 25, 2016, at the funeral home with Pastor Dustin Busscher officiating. Visitation with the family and friends will be held from 6-8pm on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at the funeral home.
