Ms. Nelia Mae Fogleman, 94, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at Solaris Health and Rehab Center in Lake City, FL. following an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Claipfa Joseph and Edolie Menard Delcambre. She is preceded in death by two sons Raymond Hodges and Robert Michael Harrington, seven brothers, and a sister. Ms. Nelia had made the Columbia and Suwannee Counties her home for the past eighty years, she was a member of Hopeful Baptist Church and enjoyed making money and fishing, she was well known around the flea markets from Lake City to Jacksonville, Fl.

Ms. Nelia is survived by her two sons Steven Edgar Harrington (Riette) Lake City, FL, and Christopher Jess Harrington (Linda) Pickens, South Carolina, and one daughter Shelia Sharon Fogleman, Statesville, GA. Ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral Services for Ms. Nelia Mae Fogleman will be conducted on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Reverend Mark Cunningham officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
