Ms. Natasha Elaine Luke, 54, passed away on Saturday December 21, 2024, unexpectedly at her residence. She is the daughter of Jimmy Luke and Peggy Elaine Cothran.   Natasha was preceded in death by her son in 2018 William Roscoe Sparrow, III and her ex-husband William "Buck" Roscoe Sparrow, II. Natasha was a lifelong resident of Lake City and was of the Baptist faith and attended Tabernacle Baptist Church, she enjoyed buying storage units, spending time with her family, fishing, and enjoyed going to the beach and Falling Creek. "She was late for everything" and was the most giving person you would ever meet.

Natasha is survived by her parents Jimmy Luke, Lake City, FL her mother Peggy Toler (Eddie) Tennessee, her three sisters Jessica Luke (Joseph Bell) Lake City, FL; Carmelitta Flowers (Allen) Ft. White, FL; Ruby Pippins (Randy) her four nieces Kimberly Hill, Shayla Williams, Mattie Windham, and Ayla Flowers. Her seven nephews are Andrew and Jimmy Flowers, Eugene and Joshua Luke, Benjamin Starling, Ben and Brandon Davis, and her aunt Maryann Chance and ex-husband Levin Lewis.

A celebration of life service for Ms. Natasha Luke and her mother Peggy Toler will be held at Tabernacle Baptist Church on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. with Reverend Mike Norman officiating.  The family would like to invite everyone who attends the service to also join them for dinner following the service at the church.
