Muriel Frances Patterson, 72, went home to be with The Lord on Monday, December 14, 2014 after her courageous battle with cancer.

She was born in Georgia to the late Wilmer and Della Mae Reddish and had lived in Lake City for the past 25 plus years. Muriel was a devoted and loving wife, mother and cherished friend to many who loved gardening and bird watching. Her passion was her church life and family as a member at Wellborn Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Jimmie Patterson and her first husband Rene Reineke.

Survivors include her son, Robert Reineke and daughter-in-law Linda Reineke of Clermont, Florida.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. On Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Wellborn Baptist Church, 3330 E. US 90, Wellborn, Florida, with Dr. Don Minshew officiating. Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
