Mrs. Mary Lee Kearney, 96, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Wednesday, March 9, 2016. She was born in Falmouth, Florida to the late Henry Washington and Nore Lee [Boyette] O'Hara and had lived in Lake City for the past 23 years. Mrs. Mary was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  Mary Lee enjoyed rooting for the Florida State Seminoles, gardening, crocheting, knitting, sewing, and needlepoint. She was a faithful member of the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church and a devote Christian. She was preceded in death by her parents, her 4 brothers, Alfred, Eugene, Leon, & Paul; her sister, Lillian and her son, Harold "Hal" Liming.

Survivors include her caring husband of 44 years, Thomas Kearney of Lake City, FL; sons, Winston Wells and Dean (Elizabeth) Wells both of West Palm Beach, FL: daughter, Sandra (Bruce) Kennnedy of Panama City, FL; 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren & 16 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am, on Saturday, March 12, 2016 in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Pastor L.D. Van Vleck officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be held this evening, Friday; March 11, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help support the ministry of, the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church at, 1571 East Duval Street, Lake City, Florida, 32055.
