Lorraine "Lorrie" Emma Menard

Lorraine “Lorie” Menard, born on June 6, 1968, in Middletown, New York, and a longtime resident of Lake City, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on January 30, 2026, after bravely facing many health complications over the years.

Lorie leaves behind her beloved daughter, Krystal Arbogast, who was the center of her world. She also leaves behind two children she proudly told everyone she had “adopted,” Rachel Robinson and Michelle Justice, both of whom she loved deeply as her own.

Being a mom was Lorie’s greatest joy and proudest accomplishment. She had a way of making the people she loved feel seen, valued, and fiercely supported, and she was never shy about telling you how proud she was of you.

Lorie had a big heart and spirit. She loved country music, watching the Food Network, and baking for others—often showing her love through homemade treats shared with friends and family. Giving to others came naturally to her, and she found joy in making people feel cared for.
