Mr. Lawrence Eugene Gosford, 82 of McAlpin, FL, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015 at the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center in Lake City. Mr. Gosford was a son to the late Robert J. and Lucy Molinaro Gosford and had made his home in McAlpin for the year and a half having moved from Jasper. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a member of the Mason's and the Lions Club. Mr. Gosford enjoyed tinkering around on something especially airboats, motorcycles, old cars and tractors.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Terrie J. Gosford, McAlpin; three sons, Robert Leonard Gosford, McAlpin, Eric Leon Gosford, McAlpin and James Eugene Gosford, Ocala; two daughters, Cynthia Rembert, Floral City and Karen Ann Martin, Blue Springs, MO; four brothers; eleven sisters; and ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren also survive.
