Miss Lakelee Ryan Perkins, was born on October 9, 2019 in Gainesville, Florida. She got to spend much needed precious time with her mother, father and the rest of her family before she gained her wings and joined the Master's Bouquet in Heaven. She now walks hand in hand with her maternal grandmother's, Linda Gillard, Mary Lou Williams & Nonie Silcox; and her paternal-great-grandfather, Steven Evans.

Lakelee is survived by her loving and adoring parents, Ilyssa Perkins and Ryder Johnson both of Lake City; maternal grandparents, Brandy & William "Mac" McGhin and Brian Perkins all of Lake City; paternal grandparents, Bobbi Jo & Matthew Hare and Mikey Johnson all of Lake City; maternal great-grandparents, Jimmy Silcox, Jack Williams and Connie Shumpert all of Lake City; paternal-great-grandparents, Fran Evans, Robert Witt, Guinea Witt, Chester Johnson and Margaret Johnson all of Lake City; Aunts & Uncles, Kori Perkins, Katie Johnson, Anistyn Simpson, Killian McGhin, Liam McGhin, Braedyn Perkins and Hayden Johnson all of Lake City. Several great-uncles, great-aunts, cousins and extended family also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Pastor Mark Cunningham officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 P.M. (one hour prior to the services) at the funeral home.
