Family and friends often turned to Kerry for his insight and guidance, particularly when it came to local, state and national elections and the candidates running for office.

Kerry was well known for his sense of humor and spot-on impersonations. He was a lifelong Florida Gator football fan and enjoyed watching the Gators play, even when they struggled. He was known to quote his favorites, “Seinfeld” and “The Big Bang Theory,” and enjoyed winning numerous trivia nights alongside his team, “Trivia Newton John,” at Beef O’Brady’s.

Kerry was a proud Papa and enjoyed spending time with and loving on his 3 grandbabies. He adored his cat, Shula Pearl and his two dogs, Roxy and Penny, who often accompanied him to work.

Mr. Hagler was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Randy Hagler.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jacquie Hagler of Lake City; his children, Tyler Hagler, Lauren O’Hern (Joey), Michael Hagler and Candice Crews (Brad), all of Lake City; his brother, Dennis Hagler of Jacksonville; and his three grandchildren, Abram, Cullen and Campbell.
