Kelsey Kalene Johnson, 22, of Lake City, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2017 in Live Oak, Fl., from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born January 14, 1995 in Gainesville, Fl., to Phil M. Johnson and Dawn Tonovitz. She attended Columbia High School.  Kelsey loved her daughter, called her "Minime", liked being in the woods, swimming, mudding, anything outdoors. She also liked concerts, festivals, music especially Bob Marley, hanging out with her friends, was a friend and talked anyone through their problems, loved animals and wanted to take in anything she could.

Survivors include, her daughter; Lyla Winchester, her brother; Daniel Johnson, her mother; Dawn Tonovitz all of Lake City, Fl., and her father; Phil M. Johnson, Jr., of Ft. Walton Beach, Fl., her grandparents; Phil and Wanda Johnson, of Live Oak, Fl.. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

A celebration of life service for Kelsey will be conducted at 2:00pm, Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplin Donna Carlile officiating. Visitation with the family and friends will be from 5-7:00pm, Friday, June 2, 2017 at the funeral home.
