Keith Caudill, 44, died on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 after an extended illness.
A native of Michigan, he had lived in Lake City for the past five years. He was the son of Mrs. Elsie B. Caudill and the late Rev. Elmer Caudill. He was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed watching NASCAR, playing music with his brother and was a diehard Detroit Tigers Fan. He was a very tenderhearted soul who had a way of making others laugh when they were feeling down. He will be deeply missed by all. He was preceded in death by his father, and his brother, David Caudill.
Survivors include his daughter, Katy Caudill of White Lake, MI; granddaughters, Leah & Serenity Caudill of White Lake, MI; mother, Elsie B. Caudill of Lake City, FL; brothers, Larry (Deborah) Caudill of Midland, MI, Edward (Lori) Caudill of Fowlerville, MI, and Kevin (Carrie) Caudill of Lake City, FL; sisters, Shirley (Vincente) Urbina of Brooksville, FL, Susan (Felipe) Pintado of Lake City, FL and Charity LaRue of Brooksville, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, August 17, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gateway-Forest Lawn Home, 3596 U.S. Hwy 441 South, Lake City, FL 32025, with Dr. Rodney Baker officiating. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to service time (12:00 p.m. A
