Karl Eugene Biehl, 57 of Lake City, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2024 at his home following a brief illness.  Karl was born in Point Pleasant, West Virginia to the late Gene Autry Biehl and Shirley Spurlock Biehl.  He was a lifelong resident of Lake City and a graduate of Columbia High School class of 1985.  Karl loved his job as an over the road trucker and worked for over 30 years.  He enjoyed everything about motorcycles and Jeeps.  Karl loved collecting guitars, watching war movies and history documentaries.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his 2 year old baby brother, Gary; and his father-in-law, James Henry Tyre.

Survivors include his wife of 33 ½ years, Kimberly Ann Tyre Biehl, Lake City; his three sons, Kalen, Kolton and Kahner Biehl all of Lake City; his five half-sisters, Linda, Sydney, Marilyn, Carolyn and Cheryl; and his mother-in-law, Dorothy Tyre Hopson, Lake City.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Parkview Baptist Church in Lake City.  A time of visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.
